How We Rank Brand Protection Companies
Rankings on this site come from a fixed method, not from advertising and not from vendor relationships. This page publishes the criteria, the weights, the sources and the ownership behind the site, so every score can be checked against the same inputs we used.
The Four Criteria and Weights
| Criterion | Weight | What we look at |
|---|---|---|
| Verified user signal | 35 percent | Review scores and counts on G2, Gartner Peer Insights and Capterra, small review bases discounted |
| Specialization fit | 30 percent | How precisely the product matches the threat it claims, one job done deeply beats ten claimed |
| Transparency | 20 percent | Published capabilities, honest limits, pricing openness, verifiable claims |
| Support and delivery | 15 percent | What reviewers report about response, onboarding and analyst quality |
Scores are editorial. Two people applying this method could land half a point apart, which is why every review also spells out the facts underneath, and why we place vendors into categories before comparing them.
Where the Facts Come From
- Vendor sites and published documentation, for capabilities and models.
- Independent review platforms, for user signal and complaints.
- Press coverage and funding records, for company facts.
- Self-reported vendor numbers appear only with that label. Claims we could not verify are marked unverified or left out.
Every fact on a review carries a source we can point to, and factual corrections from vendors are applied when documented. Rankings are re-checked when a vendor materially changes product, ownership or pricing.
Who Runs This Site
WhiteLobby operates brand-protection-company.com and holds the No. 1 position on the homepage ranking. The position follows from the same criteria applied to every vendor, coverage breadth is the deciding factor and the coverage matrix on the iGaming shortlist shows it surface by surface, so the ranking and the ownership are disclosed in the same breath and the reader can judge both. No vendor listed here pays for placement. Fajela, a company under the same ownership, appears on the shortlist with the same disclosure logic. Links to monitoring tools carry nofollow, links are not for sale.
What We Do Not Do
- No pay-to-play placements, no affiliate commissions from listed vendors.
- No scores for vendors we could not source properly.
- No guaranteed-removal language anywhere, no channel owner guarantees action and neither do we.
